5. You are not permitted or licensed to use, copy or imitate any Marks without the prior written consent of the relevant owner. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the Marks.

6. 8. You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, warrant and/or represent that:

1. the User Submissions are your original works and no part of them has been copied from the work of any other party so as to infringe the copyright, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights or any other rights of any third party; and

2. by submitting the User Submissions to the Website, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, sub-licensable and transferable license free of charge to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions whether in connection with the Website and our business or otherwise anywhere in the world, including without limitation for marketing, promoting and/or re-distributing the User Submissions or any part or all of the Website in any and all media and formats and through any and all channels; and

3. by submitting the User Submissions to the Website, you grant each user of the Website a perpetual non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted under these Terms of Use.

9. In connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not:

1. submit, upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any material that you do not have a right to make available, that is confidential or that belongs to any other party, unless you have permission from the rightful owner to post the material and to grant us all of the license rights;

2. submit material that infringes the intellectual property rights of any party;

3. submit any material that is illegal; unlawful; obscene; lewd; rude; defamatory; libellous; threatening; violent; harassing; hateful; offensive; prejudicial against any group or individual; or encourages behaviour that is any of the above;

4. submit any material that violates any person’s privacy; involves commercial and/or promotional activities without our prior written consent; includes a photograph of another person you have posted without that person’s consent; or is otherwise inappropriate, objectionable or unacceptable;

5. post advertisements, personal information, unauthorised links, spam or anything of a similar nature,

6. obtain personal information from other users other than for the Approved Use;

7. publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage us or any third party;

8. impersonate any person or entity, or pretend to be associated with or related to any person or entity when you are not;

9. submit any material that that provides or creates computer viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunications software, hardware or system;

10. interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Website;

11. "stalk" or otherwise harass another person or user; or

12. deface, modify, edit, distribute or reproduce without consent any Content on the Website.

10. You are solely responsible for the User Submissions that you submit, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Website. We are not responsible for monitoring the Website for inappropriate Content or conduct, but if at any time we should choose, in our sole discretion, to monitor the Website, we shall not be responsible for the Content or the conduct of the users, and shall have no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content.

11. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to:

    1. review any and all User Submissions for appropriateness and compliance with these Terms of Use;

    2. to delete or remove any Content and/or User Submission that violates these Terms of Use or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person; and

    3. reject, refuse to post or remove any Content and/or User Submissions at our sole discretion at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice and without any liability.

12. You may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you waive any rights or remedies you have or may have against us with respect to the all matters related to your use of the Website.

13. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Website (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice and at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website, or any resulting loss of Content.

14. We may preserve and disclose Content if required to do so by law or if reasonably necessary.

15. Your use of the Website shall be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties in connection with the Website and your use of the Website. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of the Website or of any third party websites linked to the Website and assume no liability or responsibility for any errors, omissions, mistakes or inaccuracies of content or for any resulting loss or damage.

16. The Website is controlled and offered by us from our facilities in the Republic of Singapore. We make no representations that the Website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Website from other countries do so at their own will and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

17. You warrant and represent that you are more than 18 years of age, or, if you are younger than 18 years of age, that you possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into and abide by the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Use.

18. These Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from the Terms of Use and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

20. No third party shall have any right pursuant to the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) of the Republic of Singapore to enforce any of the above terms and conditions.

21. The laws of the Republic of Singapore law will govern these Terms of Use.
